I am writing to express my appreciation for the exceptional service I received from your dealership during my recent visit to your showroom.  Ryan Huffman's enthusiasm for the vehicles was delightful.  I was particularly impressed with his extensive knowledge of all the models as well as their various options and accessories.

Last Saturday, was my first visit to Mercedes Benz of Encino and as you may recall I purchased a 2008 E350 that same day.  Typically, for a female shopping for and purchasing a vehicle is a daunting task to say the least. You and Ryan made my experience most pleasant.

I would like to thank you for your help with the purchase of my 2009 Mercedes Benz C300 4 matic.  It was the first car I purchased through the internet.  The vehicle transfer process to Missouri was smooth and uneventful.

I hope this car serves me as well as my previous 2001 C320.  That one was purchased when I was still living in Southern California.
