We wish you all the best as we go through this crisis together.  At Mercedes-Benz of Encino, we remain steadfast in our commitment to the safety and wellbeing of our customers and our employees. The immediate risk of being exposed to the virus is thought to be low, but we continue to monitor developments related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) closely.  We are committed to staying open and providing you sales or service as you need it.  We have taking numerous steps to battle the spread of the virus.

  1. We have a cleaning crew here at all times constantly sanitizing surfaces as well as general cleaning. 
  2. We have also upgraded the cleaning products and we are using higher strength disinfectants. 
  3. Our service department has also made improvements to our process so that we can provide you with a sanitary handoff.  Common touch points, such as the steering wheel and shifter, will be wiped down before your vehicle is returned to you.
  4. NO CHARGE Home Delivery - We are offering free home delivery of your new car.  Our internet department can work out all the details of your deal and complete most of the transaction online.  Once an agreement has been reached, we will drive your brand new car to your home along with the contract. 
  5. We ask employees with any indication of illness to stay home and use their sick or vacation time.
  6. We have rearranged our showroom to provide more space in between customers.

We will continue to monitor recommendations made by our local medical community and the CDC to best protect our employees and clients.
