"They are attentive without being overbearing..." - *****

This review is a bit overdue, but I've been meaning to post it for weeks! My partner and I went here to test drive a Sprinter after having a bad experience at another Mercedes dealer (who shall not be named). We are mobile pet groomers and we were in the market to buy a van to convert into a mobile pet spa for our company. We were having trouble deciding between the Transit and the Sprinter, hence the test driving. We called ahead and spoke with Elon who told us to come on down at our convenience! When we arrived, he showed us the van and handed us the keys! No hand holding, no ride along, just let us experience the van together and drive around by ourselves. The entire experience left us so relaxed and able to make an informed decision. We ended up having to buy our Sprinter out of state and closer to the company doing the conversion, but we don't hesitate to recommend Encino Mercedes to anyone! They are attentive without being overbearing, and really helped to make a BIG purchase decision so much easier. Thank you guys!!!

My current lease (through MB of Encino) is about to end in two months and I waited too long to move on the order for its replacement. (My current lease was also made to order.) At any rate, I decided to stay with the wonderful sales and service team in Encino. I stopped by without an appointment, and with the assistance of Sam (the sales manager) and Jovic (sales rep) my order was placed to my exact specifications and I was on my way home in 30 minutes. Sam and Jovic also offered to get my current lease extended until the new car arrives. Great job all around!

Hands down THE BEST Mercedes dealership and service department in the LA Area. I had my boss' car moved from Beverly Hills MB to Encino. David and Kevin at Encino, went out of their way to assist me every step of the process, they were honest, knowledgeable and prompt. I will be scheduling all of my boss' future appointments with them.

What an excellent buying experience! I found my dream car (2018 Tesla P1000D) online and completed this whole transaction without ever setting foot in the store. I was sent the docs by Fed Ex and I just signed and sent them back. I called about the Tesla and the salesman (Nir) was very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to talk to. In negotiating the price of the SUV, I thought he was reasonable and we both were happy with the final price. Nir arranged for the Tesla Model X to be delivered to my house and a week later, it was delivered on a flatbed, in perfect shape. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from this dealership and I highly recommend Nir.
